Coordinates And Follows-Through Activities And Commitments Of The Digital Innovation Director’s Diary By Producing And Managing An Integrated Master.
Develops Calendar Of Key Events, Dates, And Deadlines That Are Critical To The Strategy Of The Division.
Coordinates Director’s Communication Through Taking And Screening Of Calls, Responding To Emails And Interfacing With Clients.
Arranges Business Lunches For Clients And Stakeholders As And When Necessary.
Maintains Business Confidence And Protects Digital Innovation Division Operations By Keeping Projects Information Confidential.
Provides Historical Reference By Developing And Utilizing Filing And Retrieval Systems And Recording Meeting Discussions.
Maintains Office Supplies Inventory By Checking Stock To Determine Inventory Level, Anticipating Needed Supplies, Evaluating New Office Products, Placing And Expediting Orders For Supplies, And Verifying Receipt Of Supplies.
Ensures Continuous Operation Of Equipment By Completing Preventive Maintenance Requirements, Following Manufacturer’s Instructions, Troubleshooting Malfunctions, Calling For Repairs, Maintaining Equipment Inventories, And Evaluating New Equipment And Techniques.
Researches Data For Presentation To The Relevant Divisions Team, Board Of Directors And Executives Committee Management.
Complete All Related Tasks As And When Required.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualification And Experience:
Administration Degree / Higher Executive Diploma In Secretarial Studies.
3 Years’ Relevant Experience In An Executive Assistant.
Class 4 Driver’s License Is An Added Advantage.
Strong Technical Skills (Computer, Networks, Security And Accounting)
Strong Business Acumen And Analytical Skills.
Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills With Stakeholders.
Ability To Multi-Task And Manage Multiple Priorities.
Strong Computing Skills.
